Full-length Camera Ready Submission Guidelines
Please follow the instructions from the Springer website to prepare your final submission.
The maximum page limit for the camera ready version of your paper is 10 pages. Please use the expanded page length to include extra figures, make existing figures larger, or extra references and paragraphs to address reviewer comments.
The page limit includes the abstract and references. Note, Springer will enforce their formatting rules, so it is extremely important that you strictly adhere to their guidelines (i.e., no vspaces, no modified margins, etc.).
The program chairs reserve the right to reject a camera ready paper that is over 10 pages or does not adhere to the Springer formatting rules!
CNI uses the same website for the final submission. Simply logon to our submission system, replace your old submission with a single zip file (< 10MB) that includes the following materials:
- Completed copyright form (CNI'18 Consent to Publish Form)
- A PDF version of the camera ready paper
- A single text file titled review_concerns.txt that describes how each reviewer concern was addressed in the camera ready version.
- All the source files required to compile the camera ready version of your accepted paper, i.e. an editable Word document or Latex file, plus all figures, style files, special fonts, .eps, .bib etc.
Please name the .zip file using your paper submission ID. For example, CNI-15.zip where 15 is your CMT paper ID number.
