Camera-ready Submission
Please follow the instructions from the Springer website to prepare your final submission.
The page limit for your final paper is 8 to 10 pages (an extra 2 pages can be added to include extra figures, make existing figures larger, extra references, extra paragraphs to address reviewer comments, etc.).
The page limit includes the abstract and references. Note, Springer will enforce their formatting rules, so it is extremely important that you strictly adhere to their guidelines (i.e., no vspaces, no modified margins, etc.).
The program chairs reserve the right to reject camera ready paper that is over 10 pages or does not adhere to the Springer formatting rules!
CNI uses the same website for the final submission. Simply logon to our submission system, replace your old submission with a single zip file (< 10MB) that includes the following materials:
- Completed copyright form (CNI'17 Consent to Publish Form)
- A PDF of the camera ready version of the accepted paper
- All the source files of the camera ready version, i.e. a Word file or .tex file plus all figures, style files, special fonts, .eps, .bib etc. required to compile your paper.
Please name the .zip file using your paper submission ID (for example: CNI-15.zip, where 15 is your paper ID number).
Lastly, if you have any questions, please contact munsellb@cofc.edu.
